Ready to Launch: A 4-Week Executive Functioning Intensive for Seniors Headed Off to College
July 7 – July 31 | Mondays & Thursdays
6:00–7:30 PM
Most students don’t struggle in college because the work is harder. They struggle because no one is there to help them begin. In college, no one reminds students to begin. No one breaks down the steps. And for many students, that’s where things fall apart. This program prepares students for that moment. Over four weeks, students learn the core skills needed to self-start, plan, and prioritize in college.
Week 1: Understanding expectations (syllabi, platforms, communication)
Weeks 2: Time management + planning systems
Week 3: Focus, distraction, emotional regulation
Week 4: College simulation + personalized system
